Some of these projects include unique mixed commercial and residential developments, for example, a new townships being developed at the 2nd Crossing between Malaysia and Singapore and Malaysia's Federal Administrative Capital, Putrajaya. We advise clients on regulatory matters and government policies and assist them in structuring their business ventures and contractual arrangements in line with their business objectives to take advantage of the regulatory environment.
